Avril Lavigne, Chad Kroeger Together Again? Couple Spotted at the Grammy's Pre-Party

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger are officially back together! Lavigne filed for divorce five months ago but the couple were spotted together several times.

The duo decided to call it quits after two years of marriage. However, reports emerged that the couple gave their love a second try.

According to Gossip Cop's report, Lavigne and Kroeger were spotted at the Grammy's pre-party last February 14 and the two were sighted getting cosy. The couple were spotted several times following their divorce but Gossip Cop confirmed the couple's reunion just last week.

Lavigne was previously linked to singer Ryan Cabrera. The news made the headlines after it was published by OK! Magazine but the news was not confirmed.

An insider confirmed that there was nothing going on between Lavigne and Cabrera. However, it was confirmed that Lavigne and Kroeger did give their relationship a second try.

On September last year, Lavigne posted an Instagram photo announcing their spit. The "Complicated" singer captioned the photo stating that she and Kroeger will always be best friends.

"It is with heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today," the "When Your Gone" singer wrote. "Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments. We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other. To all our family, friends and fans, thank you sincerely for the support."

Though there were no third parties involved in their split, Lavigne's Lyme Disease is said to have caused the couple their relationship as she struggled with the illness. Despite the fact that she can barely do things on her own, Kroeger never left her side as he'd even help her wash her hair.

The couple tied the knot in France back on July 1, 2013.
