'Iron Man 4' Release Date, News & Update: First Images Of 'International Iron Man'

Marvel has announced "International Iron Man", the upcoming release of the latest "Iron Man" series. The new series was written by Brian Michael Bendis ("Jessica Jones") and will be released on March 16. It will feature covers and art by Alex Maleev ("Daredevil"). The comics will also feature several variant covers from John Tyler Christopher, Skottie Young, Marco D'Alfonso and Gabriele Dell'Otto. 

The universe of Marvel Studios is always expanding, entering in the phase three this year with "Captain America: Civil War." The movie features the conflict between the followers of Captain America and those of Iron Man.

On the other side, the solo future of Iron Man in the post "Iron Man 3" era of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is only beginning, according to Screen Rant.

Tony Stark will also keep alive fans' interest in the Marvel comic book universe. Marvel has just announced the upcoming release of "International Iron Man", the latest "Iron Man" series. The superhero will embark in the new series on an adventure taking him around the world.

According to Tech Times, Tony Stark makes plans in Marvel Comics' new "International Iron Man" to leave his home in New York in order to travel across the world and protect against international threats.

In this new ongoing series, Marvel teases in an email press release that the Armored Avenger will learn more about himself, the threats that face the modern world and the Marvel universe. The new comic series will not only explore Stark's "legacy" but send the character on a journey of personal and general discovery.

The origin of the Iron Man character goes back to a collaborative effort by Larry Lieber and Don Heck , along with Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, in 1963's "Tales of Suspanse." Tony Stark is the son of industrialist Howard Stark and the founder of the Avengers. He has gained his own series as "The Invincible Iron Man" in May 1968. Stories about the superhero has been in print ever since.
