Know About Facsia Rolling And How It Can Make You Lose Weight, Look Taller and Younger In Just 3 Weeks!

There is a new fitness craze that is sweeping the online world and it is none other than the "Fascia Roller." Lauren Roxburgh who also released a book related to it on Feb. 2 is now gaining a lot of attention from this form of exercise.

The Inquisitr reported that the book is entitled, "Taller, Slimmer, Younger: 21 Days to a Foam Roller Physique." Roxburgh's vision is to see people achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle simply by using the Fascia roller. Her work was even commended and featured by Gwyneth Paltrow's company "Goop," that they even called this amazing roller as a "secret organ," which contributes to the many functions of the human body.

The fascia roller already made its debut around the years of 2006 to 2007, but it is not until recently that fitness and health experts started recognizing its benefits to its users.

Lauren's fascia roller has been getting a lot of great reviews and results to people, but another foam roller expert, Ashley Black, has also explained more on its effectiveness and that people should also know about the "trashy fascia."

In her experience, in order to achieve a healthy weight loss, one must go deeper when rolling the foam not just on the subcutaneous level of fascia, but all the fascia found in deeper layers of the body. Black wrote on her website that the wrong use of the roller and owning the wrong type of fascia roller could actually hinder you from losing weight.

It is important that customers know the difference between the right fascia roller to the trashy one. The wrong ones could not just make you hinder weight loss but could even make your muscles look fat and deconditioned. She still recommends a balanced diet, regular exercise and drinking lots of water should they happen to use the trashy kind of fascia.
