Bethesda Game Studios Update: ‘Fallout 4’ Developer Eyeing to Release More Projects

As "Fallout 4" became a worldwide hit, its game developer Bethesda Game Studios is now planning to roll out a number of projects for its fans. It has been said by the game's director Todd Howard at the DICE event in Las Vegas that they are eyeing to release three new titles that would offer a different kind of gaming experience to their fans.

"We actually have three kinda longer-term projects we're doing that are all-we'll talk about them at a much future date," the 45-year-old game designer said, according to Kotaku. "But they're different than anything we've done before while also being a Bethesda-style game, big and crazy-in many ways different than things we've done before."

The producer also added that that their new Montreal-based studio, which is also part of BGS, is going to help out their mobile projects, like "Fallout Shelter" and the unreleased card game based on "The Elder Scrolls." However, he first explained that they still need to finish "Fallout 4's" DLC, which includes the updates like "survival mode" and the mod creation kit.

In fact, they recently announced their latest addition of the first add-ons for the fifth major installment in the "Fallout" series, which are "Automatron," "Wasteland Workshop" and "Far Harbor." The latest upgrades are set to be out in March, April and May with different prices, Bethesda.net reported.

"And more important, that this is only the beginning," the company said. "We have plans for more, more than $60 worth of new 'Fallout' adventures and features throughout 2016."

However, they are also planning to give the extended version a higher cost from $29.99 to $49.99 by March 1. Hence, this move will surely disappoint a lot of the action role-playing video game fans, but for those supporters who already bought the "Fallout 4" season pass with its original price, they will get all the features without paying again.
