Professionals experience difficulties with their jobs when they are weak and sick, Inc. explained. This is the main reason why successful individuals pay attention to their health to avoid illnesses which can greatly affect their lives. Here are some health tips from known personalities:

1. Breakfast is important

Businesswoman Ita Buttrose said in a Body and Soul report that she considers breakfast as a vital part of her morning. The 69-year-old journalist also shared that she loves to eat fruit before doing her daily exercise.

"After that I'll have something like mushrooms or scrambled eggs and grilled tomato on toast," Buttrose said. "Many people skip breakfast, but it's really vital to keep your energy up and your metabolism going," she added.

2. Exercise is the key

Model Annabella Barber mentioned with Green Area that she exercises regularly to maintain her health. "It's a mind, body and soul workout. I try to dedicate at least 45 minutes a day and my favourite is yoga, pilates, boxing or just a big walk," she explained.

3. Engage in sports

Australian footballer Tom Derickx also told Green Area that he loves to surf in his home country to stay healthy. He claimed that there is "something about the ocean that clears the mind."

4. No to alcohol

Business mogul and presidential aspirant Donald Trump claimed in the Body and Soul report that he does not drink at all. "I had an older brother named Fred who... became an alcoholic. Ultimately, he died," Trump admitted.

5. Plan your diet

Motivational speaker Anthony Robbins mentioned in the same report that he sticks to an alkaline diet. He added that part of his daily food intake are vegetables and other healthy foods which are good for the blood and digestion.
