"Scream Queens" star Emma Roberts and "X-Men: Apocalypse" actor Evan Peters may still be unconfirmed casts for the yet untitled "American Horror Story Season 6." However, Angela Bassett's return is a sure thing and apparently, so might be Jessica Lange's return. Having both Bassett ("London has Fallen") and Lange ("Wild Oats") in "American Horror Story Season 6" will definitely up the ante and strengthen the flavor of the new season.
According to Inquistr Bassett, who appeared in "American Horror Story" as Marie Laveau/Voodoo Queen for "Coven," Desiree Dupree for "Freak Show" and Ramona Royale for "Hotel" spoke to Larry King about her sticking around for "American Horror Story Season 6." Comic Book reports that Larry King asked Basset about what she thinks makes "American Horror Story" a successful series.
"I have no idea. I can't, but I can appreciate it," Bassett said. "With the first one, there was a little history, but there was also a little tongue and cheek, not taking itself too seriously, a little over the top theatricality. I think all those things, all that mix, and then little comments on culture and the times and sexism and racism and ageism. A little of not being afraid to address those issues."
On the other hand, since Jessica Lange's hiatus from "American Horror Story," fans have been waiting for word on her return. Hopes are high that the actress who played Constance Langdon, Sister Jude Martin, Fiona Goode, Elsa Mars in previous seasons will be seen again in "American Horror Story Season 6." Inquistr says that word is going around that Lange will be in the roll call when the cast list is announced.
In the meantime, fans can extend the "American Horror Story" experience by looking up Airbnb for the next availability of the Murder House in "American Horror Story" Season 1. The Murder House was also used in other shows as "The Twilight Zone," "The X-Files" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
According to The Independent the Murder House, locally known as the Alfred Rosenheim Mansion, in Los Angeles was advertised at Airbnb for $1,450 (£1,023) per night.
"One of the most important estates ever built in Los Angeles, The Alfred Rosenheim Mansion was declared a historical monument and cultural landmark," the listing read. "Built in 1908, this stunning architectural masterpiece boasts original features throughout."
