Lea Michele Splits With Matthew Paetz: What Went Wrong?

The "Scream Queen" actress reportedly split from her boyfriend, Matthew Paetz, after two years of being together. Matthew Paetz left Lea Michele all of a sudden, that the actress was left with a lot of unanswered questions.

An insider close to the former couple revealed that Paetz left Michelle without explanation two weeks ago, reports E! News. The 30-year old aspiring model refuses to talk to the 29-year old performer or anyone else close to her, the source added. "She got no reason or explanation for the split," the source told E! News.

Many have speculated that the pair is headed for the altar especially after they moved in together. Michele and Paetz reportedly first met on the set of the former's music video "On My Way" in April 2014, reports E! News. By June, they began dating and moved in together three months after.

The source described how the relationship went for the two. The source said that Michele has always been supportive of Paetz even when her friends doubt him considering his past. Michele believes that Paetz should not suffer from his past and believes the good in him, the source explained.

There were previous reports saying that Paetz had worked by offering "companionship" to women. When the company was asked for confirmation, the site's owner refused to comment. This part of Paetz wasn't approved by Michele's friends according to E! News.

The source shared with the news site that Paetz allegedly took advantage of Michele and ended the relationship in a callous way.
