'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' News & Update: Music Composer Of Game Reveals Some Details About 'Blood And Wine' DLC Expansion

Fans have been waiting for any news about the highly-rated game "Witcher 3" and although the updates are rare they aren't always bad because finally a little bit more of update from one of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" soundtrack composer has been revealed. In a recent interview, Marcin Przybylowicz, one of the soundtrack composer of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" spilled some beans on the Blood and Wine DLC expansion as well as the fact that he is working on "Cyberpunk 2077."

According to the composer, working on the "Blood and Wine" DLC expansion for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is very exciting since they are working on new materials. Przybylowicz also revealed that he is not working alone on the new music for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," he will be joined by main-game partner Mikolai Stroinski and Piotrek Musal of ""This War of Mine."

"We're not using any pieces that were written before, because we get a completely new area, new characters and a new plot. They deserve to have their music written from scratch," Przybylowics revealed. Along with new materials for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," Polish folk band Percival will be coming back to the studio to record some music for "The Witcher 3" and to make sure that there will be some uniformity when it comes to the music of the game.

Przybylowics did not spill a lot about what to expect on "The Witcher 3" but he did reveals some details about the Blood and Wine DLC expansion saying that the new chapter will be set in a more party or lively vibe land called Toussaint, thus the music for this chapter will be less depressing. Przybylowics is also open to creating some music for CD Projekt RED's new game, "Cyberpunk 2077."

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC while the Blood and Wine DLC is expected to be released first quarter of 2016.
