'Legends of Tomorrow' News & Update: Picture Confirms The Return Of Green Arrow

Fans of "Legends of Tomorrow" have definitely something big to look forward to in the next episode. Revealed images show that Green Arrow will be returning in the upcoming episode entitled "Star City 2046".

Reports from Den of Geek confirm that Stephen Amell will guest star in the next episode of "Legends of Tomorrow", reprising his role as Green Arrow/Oliver Queen. The teaser images show a future version of Green Arrow from 2046, complete with the comic book inspired beard.

More on what will happen in the next episode of "Legends of Tomorrow". The official synopsis of the series states that the heroes will face a major crisis as they keep the city from completely being destroyed, Movie News Guide reports. Star City's safety is vital for their survival.

More so, there were also speculations that Connor may be the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra Hawke as seen in the pictures provided by Den of Geek. In the comic book, Connor is known to be the biracial son of Queen and Hawke but this still remains unconfirmed for the series. "Legends of Tomorrow" has been known to divert some concepts from the original comic book story.

Meanwhile, reports from Coming Soon also confirmed the return of Stephen Amell as the Green Arrow based on executive producer Marc Guggenheim's statement: "We're not only introducing our version of Connor Hawke to our universe, we're going to meet the 2046 version of Oliver Queen, and Stephen Amell is going to be reprising his role from Arrow."

The executive producer also dropped a bomb when he stated that Green Arrow will be missing an arm, according to the report. This will give fans are a different kind of adventure in the next episode. The report also added that current characters for the series will continue to fascinate fans.
