The entertainment news outfit claimed that the relationship of the two has not been what it used to be as the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is infuriated with her husband's unpredictable and narcissistic behavior.

Moreover, it was mentioned that they are now preparing to process divorce papers and custody battle. Kim also ordered Kanye to get help now for his very capricious behavior.

Celeb Dirty Laundry agreed to the claim as it cited some instances that suggest Kanye entirely not feeling well lately.
