'The Elder Scrolls 6' Release Date, News & Updates: The Game Might Be Among Bethesda's Future Projects

Bethesda is rumored to develop some projects for the event, since the E3 in June has been confirmed. It appears that "The Elder Scrolls 6" might be one of those projects, so some fans might get lucky and enjoy the news.

With the games developer company announcing their presence this summer at the E3, it's expected that the rumors surrounding the launch of the game "The Elder Scrolls 6" will only heat up.

Previously, there have been rumors that "The Elder Scrolls 6" may already be in development. However, this might be unlikely since the games developer company Bethesda is busy at the moment working on the "Fallout 4" game.

Mobi Picker is among the publications that consider that after all "The Elder Scrolls 6" might be under development at Bethesda. According to them, Bethesda started a pattern with the release of "The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall." Looking to that pattern can help us answer to the question whether the game "The Elder Scrolls VI" will be arriving soon or not.

Between every game of the series "The Elder Scrolls" launch has been a pattern of about four to five years. This year "Skyrim" is being five years old and that means that "The Elder Scrolls 6" may not be very far behind.

Bethesda's director Todd Howard appeared to confirm this supposition with his mention of "three longer-term projects" that the company is working on. However, for the moment, Bethesda plans new DLCs for "Fallout 4" in and it might take a bit longer for  the release of "The Elder Scrolls 6."

Despite an official confirmation from Bethesda, another report from Ecumenical News suggests that among those three titles Howard is talking about it will certainly be included "The Elder Scrolls 6."

It is still uncertain if those rumors are going to prove true. Bethesda might focus their attention on other games right now. The games developer company could also focus for the moment on the mobile gaming such as "The Elder Scrolls: Legends/Fallout Shelter."
