Charlie Sheen Denies Denise Richards Claims That He Threatened to Kill Her and Daughter Lola

Charlie Sheen's ongoing HIV battle is starting to hit rock bottom as his family life is starting to crumble as well. Last January, his Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards claims that he threatened to kill her and their 10-year-oldaughter, Lola. These allegations, however, were denied by Charlie Sheen during of his interviews.

According to Perez Hilton, Denise Richards claims that Sheen harassed her and their kids by sending them profane and violent text messages. Aside from the profane and insulting text messages he sent Denise, he also verbally attacked Lola.

As per the Inquisitr website, Sheen told Lola that he's going to kill her, and her mother, Denise Richards. Though the couple may be going through a messy court battle.

During his interview with Dr Oz, Sheen stated that he would never threaten his children, as he loved them dearly. He told the Dr that, "I would never speak about any of my children like that ever. And I would never threaten their mom. That's not who I am. I wouldn't do that." Sheen then added, "Well, you got to own your own crap. I'd apologize and hope to move forward. What else can you do?"

Sheen and Denise Richards' nasty court battle started when Denise made an appeal to the Los Angeles family court. It was stated that Denise Richards wanted Sheen to put $7 million on their children's trust fund. If Sheen would not agree to do so however, he should buy them a home of the same value. Richards also claims that sheen has not been paying the agreed amount on child support.

Sheen, however, cleared things up by stating, "We came up with a number a long time ago and I had a great job and everybody was living large. and that's not the case right now, but there's still that expectation to still keep paying this kind of money. At some point, you just can't justify it, especially when there's no gratitude behind it. None. I would send somebody flowers every hour if I got that kind of dough tax-free."
