Kim Kardashian baby Photo: North West Makes Second Debut in Sweet Photo

Kim Kardashian is back on the scene, appearing at the Paris Fashion Week alongside boyfriend and baby-daddy Kanye West. The couple have opted to keep their baby girl, North West, under wraps choosing to only share one photo of the little one via social media, and now the reality star has shared a second photo with the world.

Kim, who was away from newborn North West for several days this week while on a trip to Paris with Kanye West, posted the picture on Instagram.

"I missed waking up with my little baby," wrote Kim alongside the photo of North tightly swaddled in a white blanket and lying on a furry white rug.

Since giving birth to North West in June, the reality star has been hard at work losing the baby weight. Kim's lost her pregnancy weight the smart way, through a combination of healthy eating and moderate exercise, her mom Kris Jenner revealed on her talk show, Kris.

However, a source told Hollywood Life that Kim is actually still very self-conscious about her figure.  She chose to wear a plunging dress at a Paris Fashion show so she could avert attention from the rest of her body, the source said.

Meanwhile, Kim took it upon herself to blog about the whole experience, which she shared with her cousin Cici Bussey, who joined her on the trip and offered some juicy details. 

"It's been Cici's wish to go to a couture fashion show and Kanye thought bringing Cici to the Givenchy show would make all of her dreams come true! Cici, my cousin, has always been obsessed with fashion and it makes me so happy I was able to make this happen for her!" Kardashian wrote.
