'General Hospitals' Spoilers: Sam Investigates, Hayden Anxious, Anna and Paul After Sonny and Julian To be Their Next Target

The upcoming episodes of ABC's hit series "General Hospital" is something fans should look forward to. There will be lots of twists and surprises.

According to Inquisitr, "General Hospital" spoilers revealed that while Hayden and Nikolas are still keeping things from one another, there will be a shift in their relationship. Hayden got him a sentimental wedding present, which made him reconsider their relationship.

Nikolas wants to know more about his new wife and Sam is doing her investigation about Hayden. Sam will meet with Baxter Corbin to question him after seeing Hayden in Las Vegas and called her Rachel. However, her inquiry will be difficult because Corbin will not be that cooperative.

Hayden will see Sam and Corbin, and this will make her anxious because she knows that it is not just a casual meeting. She is certain that it is about her. She will run away before Sam sees her, but she will run into Curtis Ashford who notices that she's agitated, per CelebDirtyLaundry.

Meanwhile, according to Soap Central, Elizabeth will share her opinion on the issue. She wants Sam to drop the investigation because she doesn't like either Sam or Hayden.

On a separate note, per CelebDirtyLaundry, Anna Devane is disturbed. She will inform Paul Horns that she can't rest until the man is in jail. It's not certain, who Anna is talking about. However, there are possibilities that it could be Carlos Rivera or Julian Jerome.

Meanwhile, Paul is also dealing with his issues with Carlos. Paul will propose an idea to Anna how they could get what they both want. They are considering to use Sonny Corinthos to carry out their plans but without his knowledge.

The "General Hospital" spoilers suggest that if Sonny ends up behind bars, it would be better for the DA and his top investigators.
