Laura Prepon, the actress who plays the lead role Alex Vause in "Orange is the New Black" revealed some juicy details about the upcoming episodes. Here are some of the latest scoop we have for "Orange is the New Black."

Prepon told Entertainment Weekly that the show will pickup where they left off in Season 3. " It continues five seconds later, which is really great because at the end of last season," she said.

She explained that in the first scene of "Orange is the New Black" she is still in the greenhouse with all the craziness going around her.

Aside from this, Prepon revealed that the next season would have backstories featuring their lives outside and how they end up behind bars. It will introduce new characters. Fans can also expect to see more people behind bars.

"This season I think is one of our best by far, and I think the fans are going to be really happy," Prepon said. "Our writers are so good and Jenji is just so awesome, and they really, we just keep proving ourselves over and over again and Netflix just let's us do our thing, man, it's incredible."

Meanwhile, the actress shared her personal struggles with weight loss. Prepon told Audio Burst Beta that she had weight issues when she was younger. She admitted that she enjoys her profession, but she had difficulties fitting in the available clothes.

"I was stressed out every day about my weight and I would go to different fittings and leave in tears because the stylist is like 'you don't fit into these clothes, this is what we have, I don't know really know what to do, you need to lose weight.' "

Per Enstarz, "Orange is the New Black" has celebrated women of all shapes and sizes since 2013. The show often receives praises for their perspective about women.

"Orange is the New Black" Season 4 will premiere on Friday, June 17 on Netflix.
