Jennifer Aniston Admits Some Of Her Movies Makes Her 'Bow Her Head' In Shame

While Jennifer Aniston is one of Hollywood's top actresses, she admits she's not actually proud of some of her films. The 47-year-old star revealed her feeling for some of these, including details about her marriage and her workout routine in a new magazine interview.

Aniston is featured in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar where she confesses to making mistakes about her film choices. "There was a time when I worked and worked and worked. I loved it," she said. "Some of the movies I've made, I bow my head in slight shame over."

The actress is currently filming "Mother's Day," which is another feel-good comedy flick that she's known to do, but Aniston said she can do other stuff too. "You have to start taking chances in an industry that's very insecure about taking chances on people," she said.

She did take that chance and did a movie that was not her usual fare. Her role in the drama "Cake" earned her a Golden Globe nomination in 2014.

Aniston also talked about her marriage to husband, Justin Theroux. "I'm lucky because Justin is the funniest person I've met, and we make each other laugh," she told the magazine. The actress feels that even before her secret wedding to Theroux last year, she already felt married to him for years.

Her husband echoes the same sentiment when he talked about it on "Good Morning America," per People. The two have been together since 2011 after meeting on the set of "Wanderlust."

Meanwhile, Aniston also shared that she works out five days in a week. This includes running with her dogs, doing elliptical, spinning and quads, as well as following the routines in the "Body by Simone" DVD. As for meals, Aniston loves munching on a protein-filled salad for lunch. Her favorite is one that has garbanzo beans, which she once shared on Instagram.

My perfect salad - Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios.

"I feel better in my 40s. Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you're mentally better," the Hollywood star concludes.
