Rocco Ritchie Counting on Pal Brooklyn Beckham During Custody Battle Between Madonna and Guy Ritchie

Amid the custody battle between parents Madonna and Guy Ritchie, Rocco is getting strength and support from his close friend Brooklyn Beckham. The 15-year-old is said to be hanging out a lot with David and Victoria Beckham's teenage son.

Independent reported that Brooklyn has become nothing but a "fantastic influence" to Rocco. A source of the same report claimed that the teenagers are sharing the same interests and doing a lot of fun stuff.

"The boys are both into skateboarding, music and cinema and they're both aspiring photographers. Along with other friends, they make short, arty movies," the insider added. "Since Rocco's moved to London, he's been hanging around with Brooklyn's friendship group, which is made up of really good, grounded kids.'

It was also noted that Madonna supports the friendship between her son and Brooklyn because Rocco is rebellious while the Beckhams' son is "mannerly, calm and easy going." In December last year, Madonna's son visited his father in London but did not want to return home to his mother in New York.

During the latest court hearing on the custody battle, E! said that a New York Judge Deborah Kaplan has already encouraged both parents to settle their differences to avoid putting too much pressure on their son. She said her order to make Rocco return to New York stays but noted that she will also not require Rocco to pull out from his school in London.

Meanwhile, Yahoo said that the court battle does not only affect Rocco and his parents but also his adopted brother David. "The dispute is hard on the whole family, and David is really feeling it. David very much looked up to Rocco in that big brother role," the Yahoo source said.

It also claimed that Rocco's absence is heartbreaking for David. "The longer this continues the more upsetting that will become for him," the insider added.
