'Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes' Sequel In the Works; Second Book Available in September

The popular survival video game "Five Nights at Freddy's" catapulted to fame due to its unique approach in giving thrill and suspense to gamers. In fact, the game will soon be having a movie adaptation and a second book.

Yes, a second book. Last December, Scott Cawthon published the first book inspired by the game titled, "Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes."

Latin Post reported that many fans were disappointed with the book because it did not explain the hidden mysteries in the gameplay. Yet, despite Cawthon's choice to keep the secrets of "Five Nights at Freddy's" hidden in the book, many fans are still looking forward to get a hardbound copy of "Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes," which might be available soon.

Per the reports, the "Five Nights at Freddy's" world is dark and is filled with mystery. For this reason, many are hoping that they would find the answers in the book. Unfortunately, it did not even explain the "fall of the animatronics run pizza house."

Will Cawthon be revealing this detail on his second "Five Nights at Freddy's" book?

Youth Health Magazine reported that although "Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes" sequel is still months away from its targeted release date the anticipated book already topped Amazon's list of Young Adult Horror books.

Based on its description, it will be shorter than the first book with only 384 pages because "Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes" book has 466 pages. Per the report, the book will be available in September.

Per Yibada, it's possible that Cawthon is working on an entirely new book that is not part of the "Five Nights at Freddy's" franchise. However, many believe that it's a sequel because Cawthon revealed that the first book, "Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes" is a series, which suggests that more books might be coming after it.

Since the first "Five Nights at Freddy's" book did not address the concerns of the fans, will the second book contain all the answers that they need? Share your thoughts below.
