Bella Cruise Claims She Is Close with Parents Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman

Bella Cruise, the 23-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, claimed that she has a close relationship with her parents. This is despite rumors that they had a falling out with her mom and dad not being able to attend her wedding.

"Of course [we talk], they're my parents," Cruise told New Idea noting that all those negative news about her and her parents are "full of ****." She was adopted in 1993 by the then couple, who announced their split eight years after.

According to Fox News, Bella and her brother Connor, who was also adopted in 1995, lived with their father after the divorce. Kidman ditched the Church of Scientology and married singer Keith Urban while Tom got married to Katie Holmes.

There were earlier sightings of Tom with his kids along with former wife Holmes, whom he divorced in 2012. But Cruise's parents were not present during her London wedding with Max Parker last September.

Daily Mail said Kidman was "banned" from attending the wedding since her daughter did not want the attention of the media during her private wedding. Her brother Connor was also not present during the ceremony.

It was added in the New Idea report that the couple are very much independent and they do not one to be put on the spotlight. They even reportedly did not accept any form of support from Cruise's celebrity parents.

Asked if they want to live a normal life away from the glamorous world of Tom and Nicole, Cruise answered in the affirmative. "Yeah, you could say that. It's more [of a] weird [situation] for everyone else," she added.

She also shared that eventually they would want to have their own family as well. "I'm 23, so we'll see [when the time is right to start a family]. I'm still a baby myself"
