Girl Meets World' Season 3 Spoilers: Writers Tease Fans of a ‘New Beginning’ Next Season

Writers for "Girl Meets World" continue to torture fans of cliffhanging hints about the next season. Recently, they took it out to Twitter to say that "Girl Meets World" Season 3 marks the beginning of something else.

It was rumored before that the episode finale of "Girl Meets World" Season 2 would end of the love triangle between Riley, Maya and Lucas. This is because Lucas would finally choose between the two BFFs. However, "Girl Meets World" Season 2 ended not as fans would have hoped for -- Lucas still hasn't made his choice. Writers since then teased its fans of what could possibly happen in "Girl Meets World" Season 3.

"Girl Meets World" writers teased the fans further by hinting about a beginning of something else in "Girl Meets World" Season 3. Of what could writers be referring to, no one really knows. They seem to be talking a lot about how to deal with changes and maturity.

Executive producer Michael Jacobs' interview with The Wrap confirms that the love triangle between the main characters will be resolved in "Girl Meets World" Season 3. It will continue almost until half of Season 3 but it won't be the main focus of "Girl Meets World." However, it will still be an underlying issue. Michael Jacobs referred to the plot, which focuses on Riley and Maya's friendship. He said that the show goes beyond the love triangle between Maya, Riley and Lucas. He couldn't emphasize that enough.

"I've said this from the beginning: If you look at the pilot, and look at some subsequent episodes, the hints of what we're doing are very deep-seated, and you'll understand completely", he said to the news site. "This series was always about this magnificent friendship between Riley and Maya, and if you look at the differences in the girls you will understand what's going on now."
