Columnist Slams Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's Parenting Style

The New York Post writer Kyle Smith recently tagged celebrity couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith as the "most horrible parents on Earth." The writer said their bad parenting reflects on their two kids Jaden and Willow Smith.

In a recent column, Smith said referred to the couple's children as "überentitled, brainless, self-adoring, twaddle-spewing little munchkins." He claimed that the children, just like their father, have a big ego.

"[They] turned out to be merely the first sign that the Smith household would be a greenhouse in which all egos would be jacked up on maximum-strength fertilizer (the Hollywood kind) and cultivated to grow crazily," he added. The writer also referenced to the tweets of Willow and Jaden claiming that they can do better on all things than other people.

One of Willow's recent tweet read: "ANYTHING that I EVER do is geared towards the evolution and vibrational elevation of this planet through the inspiration of individuals." On the other hand, Jaden has been constantly sharing on his Twitter account recent fashion trends he is trying.

In a similar report, Vibe said Smith also mentioned the appearance of Jaden in the Louis Vuitton womenswear campaign. "Jaden's primary activity these days seems to be trying to be the black Boy George, minus the talent," the writer said as he chided the teenager's parents for his actions.

He also said that the Smith couple do not seem to know how to raise their kids in a realistic world. "Who would raise kids to think they can make music better than any music written before and write novels better than any novels that have been written before?" he asked.

However, Vibe observed that the New York Post writer may just be mad and taking it on the two youngsters. It noted that both are still starting with their careers and it is normal and there is a backlash like this.
