The engagement of Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell did not start well as the latter discovered that her fiancé had also confessed to Jojo Fletcher that he loves her. It is obvious that Lauren Bushnell felt threatened and insecure when she learned about Ben Higgins' huge admission his love for Jojo Fletcher on the same day he proposed to her.

Things between Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell got worse when "The Bachelor" Season 20 winner knew that her fiancé is still keeping in touch with his former ladylove. Life & Style magazine revealed that Ben Higgins took advantage of the time when he and Lauren Bushnell were not allowed to talk and spend so much time with each other to avoid spoilers getting disclosed.

The entertainment news outfit claimed that Ben Higgins talked to his ex-girlfriend, who happened to be his BFF, while "The Bachelor" Season 20 is still airing in ABC. Though Ben Higgins thinks that nothing is wrong with it, Lauren Bushnell thinks otherwise.

"Now that they are finally able to spend time together, if he calls his ex, she is going to freak out, it's going to start a war."
