"The Bold and The Beautiful" will have one missing character this spring as Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke Logan, is currently in Australia for a short visit.

Recent photos of the actress showed that Lang arrived in Australia on Sunday, March 20, from Los Angeles. She was spotted at the Sydney Airport terminal as she greeted adoring fans and indulged them with autographs, per Daily Mail. The 54-year-old soap opera star was with her beau, Dominique, and the two were also seen jetting off to Melbourne.

According to reports, Katherine Kelly Lang is going to be featured in "Neighbors," which is Australia's longest-running soap opera. The actress supposedly shot her scenes a few months back and have been making regular visits to the country to do promotions. "I'm looking forward to bringing some of 'The Bold and The Beautiful' flare to the show," Lang stated when she decided to join the "Neighbors," via Decider TV.

Lang is also in the country down under to promote her Kaftan line in Australia's Home Shopping Network. Fans of "The Bold and The Beautiful" are familiar with this as Brooke is often seen wearing the flowery outfits on the show.

This doesn't mean that Katherine Kelly Lang has totally abandoned her part in "The Bold and The Beautiful" as she's still in the promos for the upcoming episodes. Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that the star has shot scenes in advance, as it is common practice in the daytime series. But while she is away, her character will have less screen presence in future episodes as she is going to miss production in the coming weeks.

Brooke Logan's upcoming story line in "The Bold and The Beautiful" will involve yet another fight with her sister Katie over the latter's husband, Bill, per Star Pulse. Brooke's revelation about Ridge will also put the Forrester Creations Empire CEO on the defensive. The rest of the episodes this week will have Thomas confronting Rick and Maya, and Sasha seducing Zende, per TV Guide.
