The supermodel is reportedly ready to be a mom, but the "Maroon 5" frontman still wants to enjoy the heat of his career. Other reports suggest otherwise, that it is Prinsloo, who wants to prioritize her career.

However, Levine denied the divorce rumors. "That's so mean. We're so happy, why would you do that?" he told Elle. He even explained that they were on their second honeymoon when the divorce speculations come to life.

However, new reports reinforce that the couple has marital issues. Radar Online reported that the "The Voice" judge was spotted at the pool in Rio flirting with a pretty blonde.

Meanwhile, Entertainment Tonight reported that Levine turned 37 last Friday and celebrated his birthday by eating cake alone. "For my birthday yesterday, I sat in bed all day with the shades drawn eating this cake completely alone," he wrote.

Although Levine is alone, it does not really mean that he is not okay with his wife. Prinsloo greeted him on his birthday, "Happy birthday to the love of my life!" she wrote. "Everything is boring and meaningless without you!!! #besthusband"
