'Archer' Season 7 Spoilers, News & Update: Season Will Start With A Murder Of A Major Character

For those who are excited to see the next episode of "Archer," the new season will premiere this Thursday. What can you expect in "Archer" season 7?

According to The Gazette, in "Archer" season 7, Archer and the crew will relocate to Los Angeles to open a new agency. The CIA has blacklisted the team. They will be employed by The Figgis Agency. Despite the changes, Sterling, Lana, Malory and the rest of the team will continue to insult and one up each other to keep the fun and entertain their viewers.

Greensboro reported that Cyril, the nerdy comptroller is the remaining staff member who is a licensed private detective. Their new business will be called Figgis Agency, with Cyril being in charge. However, he will still not get the respect that comes with his title and will be pushed around by his staff instead. Of course, as expected, this staff includes the bombastic spy Sterling Archer and his mom Malory Archer.

The report stressed that the "Archer" characters will continue to backstab each other in their new roles. Sterling will pursue his dreams of being a suave private eye. However, his arch-nemesis Barry (Dave Willis) is set to return in the latter part of "Archer" season 7.

However, one of the things that fans should look forward to in "Archer" season 7 is the apparent murder of one of its major characters. It might not sound appealing to start the new season with gruesomeness but this tone is something that will certainly capture the viewers' attention.

Meanwhile, apart from the murder, The Gazette notes that there will be a few celebrity guest voices in "Archer" season 7. Among them are Keegan-Michael Key, Patton Oswalt and J.K. Simmons. Archer's prep school bullies will also be featured in the third episode of the new season.
