The report noted that the tight-fitting dress was Kim Kardashian's return to her curvy style that she enjoyed so much prior to her pregnancy.

Kim Kardashian's nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, a VP at Atkins Nutritionals revealed the secret behind Kardashian's impressive weight loss. According to Heimowitz, the celebrity mom practices Atkins diet.

"[Kim] was originally introduced to the Atkins diet by her father when she was in college. It was very familiar to her and she trusts the plan because it worked so well for her in the past," Heimowitz explained.

The nutritionist disclosed that Kim Kardashian consumes a fair amount of protein with every meal. The Atkins diet used to feature plenty of meat over carbohydrates, whether it's good or bad carbs. However, the updated Atkins diet allows for more good carbohydrates, like those found in the greens.

Kim Kardashian's diet includes 1,800 calories a day and the celebrity mom is still breastfeeding. Despite the Atkins diet's flexibility, there are still restrictions.

"Sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice. The secret is [to] pick high-fiber carbohydrates that slow the release of sugar into the bloodstream. [So] instead of white rice you have a little brown rice. Instead of a white potato, you could have a yam. And [when you want] dessert, you can make one with Splenda instead of sugar," Heimowitz explained.

Per the report, the said diet enabled Kim Kardashian to lose two pounds per week. What do you think of Kardashian's diet? Are you interested in trying it? Share your thoughts below.
