Celebrity Moms: Bar Rafaeli Is 5 Months Pregnant And You'll Be Shocked When You See Her Baby Bump!

Supermodel Bar Rafaeli was proud to flaunt her pregnant body on March 25 through her Instagram account. The wife of Adi Ezra is 5 months pregnant yet it still doesn't show because the size of her belly doesn't look like it at all.

In an article featured by Hollywood Life, the 30-year-old supermodel shared a photo of her on social media showing off her baby bump. A lot of people were shocked because her baby bump really looks small for someone who is already a month away from the end of her second trimester.

Being a model gave a huge advantage in Rafaeli's body because she still looks toned and fit. Bar also looks very happy on her picture, which tells us that she is in a healthy relationship with her husband Adi Ezra. Rafaeli married the Israeli business tycoon back in Sept. 24 and they are now expecting their first child.

Self's online magazine also couldn't help but feature the supermodel's rocking pregnant body on their page. They wrote about Rafaeli's first announcement of her pregnancy that started in January of this year.

Since then, she was seen posting selfies of her in the gym on a regular basis. This explains why her body remains to be fit and toned during her pregnancy.

This soon-to-be-mom is promoting a good practice to all pregnant women out there. If you are reading this and you are expecting a baby on the way, you too could achieve Bar Rafaeli's body by doing at least 30 minutes of moderate workout every day. Mayo Clinic recommended all pregnant women to stay active and do light exercise to help them with their delivery as well.

Aside from doing moderate exercise, it is important that you also take care of your diet. Make sure that you are eating healthy and are scrapping out all food that won't do any good for your health and your baby.

If you have any diet and exercise tips during your pregnancy, feel free to share it in the comments section below. We would love to hear from you!
