'Mass Effect Andromeda' Release Date, News & Update: Bioware Holding Back Details; Bioware's New IP Looks Stunning

One of the most famous video game ever in the video gaming history is BioWare's "Mass Effect" and the success of the video game shows on how far along it has come. As of now, "Mass Effect" game developer, BioWare, is getting ready to release the highly anticipated latest installment of the game, which is "Mass Effect Andromeda."

"Mass Effect Andromeda" was previously announced back in 2014's E3 conference and, ever since then, the hype for the video game's release has never died down. Also, numerous rumors and speculation has already been spreading around the internet.

One of the most famous rumor about "Mass Effect Andromeda" is that it might totally take on a different story line than the previous three "Mass Effect" video games. However, this might not be totally untrue because fans believe that BioWare will try and create a new world system in "Mass Effect Andromeda." Other rumors are that the main character in "Mass Effect Andromeda" will be called Pathfinder and that this character is to find a new home in the Universe.

The ship Normandy in "Mass Effect" will not be returning also. "We know the Mako buggy is back, as is the N7 logo, meaning there will be nods to the previous trilogy, but it will be refreshing to get a completely new story," wrote Chris White. "I'm happy to never revisit Shepard and the crew of the Normandy because those deep cuts have left their scars on my mind."

Also, other news about the development of "Mass Effect Andromeda" is about its IP, which BioWare's Alistair McNally proudly tweeted to be stunning and coming nicely. Despite the numerous hiccups BioWare encountered in the past few months, which includes the departure of senior development director Chriss Wynn, lead writer Chris Schlerf and senior editor Cameron Harris in the middle of the production of "Mass Effect Andromeda," everything seems to be going well for the video game.

"Mass Effect Andromeda" will be released in early 2017.
