MacBook Pro 2016 Update: Enhanced Skylake Processors, Thunderbolt 3, USB-CPort Equiped Device Comes Q2 2016? Asustek, Dell, Lenovo Have New Releases Too!

MacBook Pro 2016 had a lot of people disappointed when Apple did not discuss about its upgrades during the March 21 event. However, rumors that the upgraded version of the device will be released this June still remained.

Apple will begin releasing the ultra-thin 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook by the end of the second quarter. Renowned brands like Asustek Computer, Dell, and Lenovo are also slated to release their own versions along with these notebooks around the same time, Digitimes reported.

The MacBook Pro sets available will be the 13-inch and 15-inch models which were upgraded last March and May in 2015, respectively. This has made users excited about Apple's event last week, hoping they would receive details regarding a new MacBook Pro.

A number of reports claimed that the new MacBook Pro sets would look the same as the present 12-inch MacBook units and also have a singular USB-C port, although it will be thinner than the current MacBook Air model. It remained uncertain though, since reports were also claiming that instead of an upgraded version of the MacBook Pro, a new MacBook Air is in the works. Like the reports about MacBook Pro, the rumored new MacBook Air will also boast 13-inch and 15-inch displays. Apple's current MacBook Air units were released with 11-inch and 13-inch screens.

In a report by MacRumors after Apple's March 21 event, it was said that the recent reports involving the 13-inch and 15-inch displays were more relevant to the MacBook Pro. However, it criticized Apple's inability to succeed in installing pro-level technology to a brand new unit that will come with an ultra-thin design.

MacBook Pro 2016 will be part of an upgraded Mac lineup set to have more powerful Skylake processors and Thunderbolt 3 with USB-C port hinting that the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro are also deserving to get a new model and features.
