'Once Upon A Time' Season 5 Spoilers, News & Update: Will the Charmings Regret their Choice For Leaving Neal Behind? Show Is Off After Season 6?

The upcoming episode of "Once Upon A Time" Season 5 will feature the struggles of the Charmings as they try to rescue their daughter, Emma, help the lost souls in the underworld and be there for their son, Neal. Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) and David (Josh Dallas) will be pulled in different directions as they find themselves torn with their decisions.

According to TV Line, while Rumple attempts to transport Belle to the underworld, Snow White and David will try to message their son, Neal in Storybrooke. The couple decided to leave their younger child to join Emma and save Hook. They thought they will only be away for a short spell, but they found a larger calling and found themselves helping their friends and frenemies settle their unfinished business.

"Yeah, it's not the best parenting choice," Josh Dallas said. "It's not a great thing that they left him behind, and they're feeling that." According to the actor, leaving Neal might "might bite them in the ass."

Dallas explained that the Charming's decision to leave their son for an indefinite time would dredge them up, so they will try to reach out and give him a message. "They don't want to make a mistake like they did the first time with Emma," Josh Dallas explained. "So now that they've left Neal, they've got to try to get back to him - or at least, get a heartfelt message to their son, with the help of the Blind Witch (guest star Emma Caulfield) and an ersatz 'phone booth.'"

Meanwhile, Christian Post reported that "Once Upon A Time" is down to its last two season. Although ABC renewed the show for season six, there are rumors that "Once Upon A Time" is off after Season 6 due to its low ratings.
