There is no doubt that most, if not all, are impressed with the wit, confidence and beauty of the reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach. Lately, Pia Wurtzbach and Dr. Mike are getting closer. Is there something romantic going on between the two?

According to Movie News Guide, the "Sexiest Doctor Alive" and the most beautiful woman in the universe have been dating. Pia Wurtzbach reportedly announced her pregnancy on Twitter.

The report notes that many fans were disappointed with Pia Wurtzbach's pregnancy because they were expecting that she will concentrate on her advocacies. However, the reigning Miss Universe was reported happy with her relationship with Dr. Mike and she didn't care what people have to say.

However, the couple is planning to get married soon because they do not want the youth to bash Pia Wurtzbach for disrespecting the Filipino tradition. In the Philippines it is a big shame to get pregnant out of wedlock.

Earlier, Pia Wurtzbach told ABS-CBN, per Manila Bulletin, that she appreciates Dr. Mike very much because he respects her priorities. "He's been very respectful in knowing that my priority is Miss Universe and I appreciate that very much. He knows that this is my life right now."

If you notice, the report about Pia Wurtzbach's pregnancy is inconsistent. It says Pia doesn't care what people have to say because she is happy with their relationship. However, they are planning to get married soon because they do not want the youth to think that she is disrespectful of the Filipino tradition.

 Don't be fooled because the report about Pia's pregnancy is not true. Movie News Guide admitted that it was written for April Fool's Day and that Pia Wurtzbach is not expecting.

In fact, it might take long before Pia Wurtzbach start her own family because at the time she is living her dreams and she is enjoying it.

"As I said before, Miss Universe is still my priority. I've been working to get this title for a very long time and I love my job, I really do, and it's going to stay that way for a long time," Pia Wurtzbach added.
