ABC already released the plot of the next episode of "Modern Family" season 7 episode 18, titled "The Party." According to International Business Times, the synopsis of "The Party" suggests that Luke (Nolan Gould) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) will be ordered to look after Lily (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) to give the adults a break. Of course, they also need to enjoy and have fun.

Phil (Ty Burrell) and Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) will go out to watch a movie, Claire (Julie Bowen) and Gloria (Sofia Vergara) will go on a spa date and Jay (Ed O'Neil) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) are going to a sports bar to watch a big fight. Will they enjoy their break?

Meanwhile, Andy (Adam DeVine) and Hayley (Sarah Hyland) will also go out for a wild night in Vegas and Andy will take this as an opportunity to prove to Sara that he is not a boring person,  as per MNR Daily. Jay (Ed O'Neill) and Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) will have a quality time together following the former's argument with Gloria over their bathroom renovation.

Thus, the teens, Luke and Manny will be left to babysit Lily. IBTimes notes that Claire is convinced that the duo will be throwing a party while they are away and she will not be enjoying her day off. In fact, she will probably contact the rest of the adults and they will discuss their crazy theories, making the upcoming "The Party" a fun and entertaining episode.
