A workout has numerous health benefits from increasing your energy levels to augmenting your serotonin in the brain. With this, many people and some Hollywood celebrity moms do not hesitate to exercise regularly and become fit. Take celebrity moms like Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Ripa, Gwyneth Paltrow, Gwen Stefani and much more, who take workout seriously.

Hollywood celebrity moms are working at the same time attending to their children. Despite all of these, they maintain their bodies healthy by working out. Mom.Me and MSN listed the following celebrity moms, who are the fittest among others:

1. Jennifer Lopez

The well-known "American Idol" judge and a mother-of-two, Jennifer Lopez, used to workout ever since she was in her 20s. She said that even though she is a mom now she's still into the workout and does a lot of dancing. Jennifer's diets include purely organic with no processed food. It is a balance of proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.

2. Gwyneth Paltrow

You can see that Gwyneth Paltrow is really in good shape. This is because she does a 45 minute of cardio for five days in a week. This involves lengthening, realigning and toning. She is into detox diet with 3 meals, a snack and a detox tea in the morning.

The "Iron Man" star eats chickpeas, chin pudding, brown rice, salmon burgers, and Soba noodle salad with grilled chicken, detox hot and sour soup and miso dressing. Gwyneth also drinks lots of water while detoxing. 

3. Kelly Ripa


Kelly Ripa didn't work out in her 20s. On the other hand, everything turns 360 degrees now as she runs 3 to 5 miles a day. No wonder she has a body like that!

4. Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani works out five days in a week. She likes going to the gym and lifts weights. The No Doubt front worman has always been on the diet ever since she was in the sixth grade. She's having a low-carb organic diet in her meal. 

5. Jennifer Hudson

The spokeswoman of "Weight Watchers" would find time to do 25 push-ups, 25 squats and 25 ab moves. Then, she would rest for a minute and repeat the same exercises for another minute and fifteen minutes.

Jessica Alba stays fit all the time. She has these secret moves of squatting down, doing pushup and jump. The "Into The Blue" star observes a diet that is low-carb. She is also a "Paleo-diet" fan which includes low-starch organic vegetables and fruits and combines it with Cross fit workouts. This makes her slim and toned.

7. Madonna

The 56-year-old singer-actress and a mother-of-four always find time in a gym besides her busy sched. "I don't work out as much as I used to, to tell you the truth," said Madonna. "I'd say it's been whittled down to an hour-and-a-half, five days a week. I have four kids, I have five dogs!"
