Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Breaks 2 All-Time Records On WrestleMania 32

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson appeared on WrestleMania 32 and broke two all-time records in the process. The biggest event in WWE happened at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Apr. 3, 2016.

The Rock, 43, first broke the all-time attendance record, and then he set a new record for the fastest victory ever.

Previously, The Rock promised that he will make history at WrestleMania 32 by setting a new all-time attendance record. Johnson’s popularity in the wrestling world, as well as being a huge Hollywood star, contributed much to the record-breaking feat. Although The Rock is currently busy in his acting career, he makes it a habit to go back to his roots and entertain his WWE fans.

WrestleZone writes that when The Rock entered the arena, he used a flamethrower to light up his name. He proceeded to announce that WrestleMania 32 in Dallas has just set the all-time attendance record with 101,763 fans housed inside the AT&T Stadium.

Furthermore, Bleacher Report adds that he managed to beat Erick Rowan in a mere six seconds via his signature move, Rock Bottom. Afterwards, he and John Cena beat the entire Wyatt family.

The Rock took to Instagram to share the good news.

"I worked hard, we had fun and I got a lil' lucky at #WrestleMania," Johnson captioned the pic. "An honor to have broken TWO ALL TIME RECORDS. An honor to have broken TWO ALL TIME RECORDS. NEW ALL TIME #WrestleMania ATTENDANCE RECORD of 101, 763 strong. NEW ALL TIME QUICKEST WIN IN THE HISTORY OF #WrestleMania. Beating my opponent in 6 seconds,” Johnson wrote.

He also thanked all the WWE employees who made WrestleMania 32 a big success. He also thanked the people who were with him in the ring, including the Wyatt family. He finally thanked his adoring fans, saying that they will always be the greatest connection he has.

The Rock has been a force to reckon with every time he makes an appearance at WrestleMania. WrestlingInc states that at WrestleMania 31 in 2015, Johnson appeared in the ring with UFC star Ronda Rousey. The two proceeded to beat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Despite being 43 years old and years removed from WWE, The Rock is still one of the biggest names in the show’s history and will continue to drive thousands of people each year.

More updates and details on The Rock and WrestleMania are expected soon.
