HTC Vive News & Update: SculptrVr Launched On Steam; Know the Features, System Requirements & More

HTC Vive recently launched one of its two cool art applications called, SculptrVR, on Apr. 5 on Steam. SculptrVR brings a different kind of gaming experience by building blocks and creating your own world just like Minecraft in 3D.

Meet SculptrVR

According to Virtual Reality Insights, SculptrVR is made by the indie developer, Nathan Rowe. SculptrVR will make use of HTC Vive's Room Scale with its "fully interactive world-building" using the tracking system and motion controllers.

With SculptrVR, players have the complete freedom to build small to larger structural designs as it offers different kinds of building blocks. Also, SculptrVR has a teleportation system that allows the gamers to move and roam around into their creations.

SculptrVR Heightens Technology

SlashGear reported SculptrVR just proves that anything can be experienced in Virtual Reality. SculptrVR lets the user play with the limited space by just simply sitting down while trying to build a world of their own.

SculptrVR also attests the evolution of technology built by the developers to create a unique Vive experience. Moreover, Steam noted SculptrVR gives a "complete world building experience" and they are still trying their best to improve the game.

System Requirements

SculptrVR has minimum system requirements of intel i5 quad core processor, 8 GB RAM memory, GTX 970 or equivalent graphics and 500 MB available storage space. In the future updates, Steam is working to have SculptrVR multiplayer mode over Steam.

Furthermore, Steam is looking forward in enabling SculptrVR players to upload and share their creations and worlds. Steam, too, is exerting all their efforts to allow the gamers to download and explore other worlds created by others.

Steam is even planning to build another game that the SculptrVR users can enjoy inside their own built worlds. Meanwhile, have a glimpse of how a gamer can enjoy interactive world-building in the video below.
