‘Sense8’ Season 2 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Eight Sensates Get Schooled On Powers And Life Lessons

"Sense8" Season 2 has officially begun production and fans are even more excited to learn more of what's next for the eight Sensates. Spoilers reveal that the eight Sensates will find a teacher, who will educate them about their powers and how to deal with their lives.

"Sense8" Season 2 will be introducing a new character named Puck (Kick Gurry), who will be playing a vital role in the upcoming season of the Netflix sci-fi drama. In an interview with Forbes, Gurry shared that he was thrilled when the Wachowskis offered him a role in the upcoming season of the show.

"Lana [Wachowski] told me my character becomes a really significant part of the show so I am along for the journey," he recounted.

Gurry also teased that his character will be acting as the eight Sensates' guide in "Sense8" Season 2. Rumors are rife that the upcoming season will feature a love triangle between Rajan, Kala and Wolfgang, but Gurry stated that his character will teach them about using their powers and how they can improve their lives.

As most fans and viewers can recall, "Sense8" Season 1 was all about eight strangers discovering that they are linked to each other. It looks like the upcoming season will be focused on the Sensates' attempts to control their power, and hopefully, separate Will from the Whispers.

Meanwhile, Blasting News reports on a possible "Sense8" Season 2 air date. In a Reddit post, writer Bryce Olin shared that they are all looking forward to a June release date.

Unfortunately, given that the show has only started production in March, it looks like fans and viewers will be waiting till late 2016 for "Sense8" Season 2 premiere. Filming for the show is also complex because the scenes are shot in several parts of the world.
