It is hard to be in the shadow of someone else's success and much harder if that someone is younger, more beautiful and better loved by the people. That is what probably Camilla Parker-Bowles feel with Kate Middleton.

Now that Kate Middleton and husband, the second line in the British throne, Prince William are doing their royal duties by visiting India and Bhutan, Camilla Parker-Bowles wedding anniversary to Prince Charles, father of Prince William, has been unheard of.

There should be news about the wedding anniversary of the first line in the throne with his current wife, but not one single word was even heard about it. What the media is covering more is the visit of Kate Middleton to India. Now, that could be news that Camilla Parker-Bowles isn't doing too well.

Firstly, Camilla Parker-Bowles can never compare to the amount of regal and royalty Prince William's first wife had, the late Princess Diana who was also so well loved by the British people. Now, there's Kate Middleton, who is likely the closest person to ever be like Princess Diana. Having Kate Middleton around means Camilla Parker-Bowles is again a nobody in the royal circle.

There is not even a greeting from the Clarence House's official Twitter to the tenants, Prince William and Camilla Parker-Bowles, instead the official Clarence House's Twitter  uploaded a picture of two blooming flowers form its garden. While Kate Middleton fills up a lot of the news headlines with her visit to India's Taj Mahal and playing cricket with the locals, Camilla Parker-Bowles is probably steaming off some heat about the lack of wedding anniversary acknowledgements!

Maybe Kate Middleton will be kind enough to give a postcard from India to  Camilla Parker-Bowles greeting her a happy anniversary for being married to Prince Charles, or maybe not. Can Camilla Parker-Bowles ever be as well-loved as the late Princess Diana and Kate Middleton?
