"Suits" Season 6 spoilers hint on the possibility that Jessica Pearson, one of the main six characters in the USA legal drama, may soon be leaving Harvey, Louis and the rest of the firm. Actress Gina Torres has recently landed a lead role in a new drama, which sparked rumors that Jessica will no longer have any interest in reviving Pearson Specter Litt back to life.

"Suits" Season 6 will be undergoing a major reboot and this might include the departure of one of its main characters, Jessica Pearson. In a recent interview with Gabriel Macht, the actor told Wetpaint that fans and viewers should expect for a lot of changes in the upcoming season.

"Suits" Season 6 will see what happens next to Harvey, Donna, Rachel, Louis and Jessica after Mike decided to plead guilty to the charges placed against him. The remaining five will then have to decide what they will be doing with the firm as a consequence of Mike's guilty plea.

While all this might seem like "Suits" Season 6 is headed for a more serious tone, Macht told the publication that the "reboot" will lessen the seriousness of the characters and the story.

"Maybe we'll see these people smiling a little bit more or we'll see some more witty banter and more playful elements of the show," he said.

Showrunner Aaron Korsh also told the publication that nothing will be the same when "Suits" Season 6 premieres on TV. One of the said changes in the upcoming season may see the departure of Jessica Pearson.

Deadline reports on Gina Torres' new lead role in the ABC drama "The Death of Eva Sofia Valdez." The publication notes that Torres will still fulfill her contract of staying in "Suits" through season 6, but her character is "likely getting phased out" after that.
