Kate Middleton's Ulitmate Secret to Losing Baby Weight: 'Run After Your Kids'

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Prince William celebrated Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday in New Delhi, India. On Monday night, the Duchess was asked her secret for staying so thin, to which she answered, "I am running after my kids."

US Weekly European Bureau Chief Omid Scobie was among the 2,000 selected few during the celebration of Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday bash in India, Monday night. The selected guests came from important sectors like the academe, military service, politics and the business world. One of the party guests, Professor Bulbul Dhar-James, asked Middleton her secret to looking slender.

"How do you lose all the weight after having two kids?" Dhar-James asked Middleton. She simply answered with grace, "I am running after my kids." The Duke and the Duchess welcomed their first child, Prince George on July 2013 and just recently had another one, baby Charlotte in May 2015.

After giving birth to baby Charlotte, everyone is dying to know the Duchess secret to getting her pre-baby bod back. While it is expected to hear an answer along these lines, Parents wanted to know a little bit more about Middleton's diet and exercise. And they were deeply disappointed.

Since the answer was not expounded, Dhar-James asked a follow-up question to Middleton: "Aren't you tired of smiling?" The professor wanted to know how she manages her sunny disposition all throughout the royalty's endless engagements. As expected, the Duchess answered flawlessly, "I'm just reciprocating. Everyone is so warm."

The royal couple also had a trip to Bhutan this week, meeting the royal couple of the orient. The Duke and Duchess also tried their hands at archery, Bhutan's famous sports, reports Daily Mail UK. The two certainly had a good time trying out the different sports of Bhutan.

Queen Elizabeth's birthday bash was held on the grounds at the residence of the British High Commissioner Sir Dominic Asquith in New Delhi last Monday night. The celebration kicked off with the Duke's opening speech, honoring his grandmother and narrating her love for India.
