Kate Middleton News: Duchess Of Cambridge, Prince William, Prince Harry Join Altogeher To Raise Mental Health Awareness

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry were seen altogether in a video to raise awareness about mental health, a campaign called Heads Together, as revealed on Sunday. The Royals were wearing sweatbands and were all smiles as they were filming the PSA.

In the video, Kate Middleton addressed mental health issues are a serious matter like physical health. Whereas, Prince William mentioned everyone should put their "heads together" and talk about psychological problems, as per People.

Prince Harry added that people all have their roles in dealing with mental health issues. Also, the Prince Henry of Wales said that by talking and listening to each other's problems is an act of support.

Heads Together will be the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon Charity of the Year. This was by far the biggest project Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry did completely.

The mental health awareness is in collaboration with a lot of charities, such as, Best Beginnings and The Campaign Against Living Miserably' Contact (CALM), a union of military mental health. Also, Heads Together is in partnership with Mind, Place2Be, The Mix and YoungMinds, People added.

The mental health awareness project will focus more to address the issues of the stigma connecting to the condition. Heads Together is also determined to give better understanding about the problem and offering help for the mentally ill.

According to Independent.ie, Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry aim to "help change the national conversation" about mental health problems. "Their royal highnesses have seen time and time again that unresolved mental health problems lie at the heart of some of our greatest social challenges," a spokesman of the royals said.

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry understand that some people are having a hard time to admit and accept they themselves have mental health problems. "This fear of prejudice and judgment stops people from getting help and can destroy families and end lives," the spokesman added.
