"Deadpool" was a blockbuster hit. In fact, ComicBook.com reported that Ryan Reynolds won an MTV movie award for best comedic performance for "Deadpool." With Reynold's success, have you ever thought about seeing a female "Deadpool?"

Inquisitr reported that the former Disney star, Bella Thorne had expressed her interest in playing the coveted role of a female "Deadpool." "Honestly, if I could just play a female version of 'Deadpool' - any character that's a female version of Deadpool - I'm so down!" she said.

Actually, the "Shake It Up" actress loves to play the "Deadpool" type character. "Any type of bada** female in live-action, like Cora is in this movie. I also like playing roles that are very rebellious and real. So it's good when you really show teenagers for how they actually act and how they actually talk," she explained.

Ryan Reynolds Supports Local Movie Theaters That Faces Fine For Showing "Deadpool"

On a separate note, according to KUTV, Salt Lake City's Brewvies Cinema Pub, an over two decade theater was fined up to $25,000 and was threatened to have their liquor license suspended for 10 days after showing the R-rated superhero film "Deadpool."

The Utah Code prohibits establishments that serve alcohol from showing a film that stimulates sexual act. "Deadpool" have numerous simulated sex acts, which puts Brewvies in a difficult position.

However, the "Deadpool" star is quick to extend his support for Brewvies. Reynolds posted a joke, saying, "Thank god, they've found a way to legislate fun." The tweet includes a link to pop-culture website Bleeding Cool's article about the fine. He also donated $5,000 for the GoFundMe  page that Brewvies set up to "help fight DABC censorship."
