The Duggar family has received several criticisms after Josh Duggar revealed to have cheated on his wife and molested his own sisters. Among the people who were completely disappointed with the "19 Kids and Counting" star is Jessa Duggar, who admitted that her brother's cheating and molesting scandals have affected her pregnancy.

The most recent "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" episode revisited one of the saddest storms which hit the Duggar family.  Jessa Duggar said it was very hard for her to believe that Josh Duggar has committed those wrongdoings because she was always there for him."

"It was very difficult, and we cried a lot of tears, and I feel like it was especially difficult for me just because I had spoken out for Josh and stood up for him, and then there was another whole wave of things that came through, and some things were exposed about his personal life now, what he was currently involved in ..." she said. "There were some things that he was hiding and that he wasn't being honest about."

However, Jessa Duggar admitted that the entire family still found joy despite Josh Duggar's scandal. She said being pregnant at that time was so helpful for her as she has something to look forward to.

Anna Duggar forgives Josh Duggar after suffering too much pain

Meanwhile, it can be recalled that Anna Duggar has finally broken her silence after several months of keeping silent about her husband's scandal. As a matter of fact, the wife of Josh Duggar was featured during the first episode of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" wherein she opened up about the pain she experienced her husband admitted to have committed such misdemeanors.

"It was definitely a hard thing, and I think it was such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we're walking through - and . . . it was hard," Anna Duggar divulged in a teary confessional. However, despite the heartbreak and grief she experienced, Anna Duggar said she has already given up everything to God and asked  to guide her on what should she do next.

Anna Duggar and in-laws, Michelle and Jim Bob, stood by Josh Duggar after the scandal made headlines. Additionally, Jessa and Jill Duggar, who previously claimed that they were two of their brother's prey, were also there for him.

Josh Duggar decided to resign from being that Family Research Council's executive director. Apart from that, TLC cancelled the Duggar family's long-running reality show entitled "19 Kids and Counting" in July.
