Three legendary Pokémon birds will be available soon on the Nintendo 3DS. The three unique creatures can be downloaded during the game in May 2016. Mystery Gift passwords have been provided for levels 70 Legendary Bird Pokémon Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos by the May 2016 Pokémon Club Trainer Club newsletter.

Nintendo News states that "Pokémon" trainers in North America who have “Pokémon X,” “Pokémon Y,” “Pokemon Omega Ruby” and “Pokémon Alpha Sapphire” can acquire the Legendary Bird trio. However, they need to be members of the Pokémon Trainer Club to acquire the passwords through email.

Only fans who already signed up for the newsletter by Apr. 22 will receive the Legendary Bird codes. Enter the serial code to possibly download the rare creatures.

Who Makes Up The Legendary Bird Trio?

Articuno is an Ice and Flying-type Legendary Bird Pokémon that has the Snow Cloak Hidden Ability and Freeze-Dry, Reflect, Ice Beam and Hail moves. Moltres is a Fire and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon that has the Flame Body Hidden Ability.

Its other movies include Heat Wave, Sky Attack, Sunny Day and Safeguard. Zapdos is an Electric and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon with the Static Hidden Ability. Its other moves are Discharge, Rain Dance, Thunder Shock and Agility.

Four Special Pokémon For Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo 3DS players can also get a chance to acquire four special Pokémon. These are the shiny form of Xerneas, the shiny form of Yveltal, a rare form of Zygarde, and Darkrai, the dark-type Pokémon.

According to BidnessEtc, a shiny Xerneas will be ready as an in-game download from May 11 to 17, 2016. Next, a shiny Yveltal will become available from May 20 to 28.

Xerneas can be captured in the game “Pokémon X,” while Yveltal is available in “Pokémon Y.” However, the new release features their shiny forms, which several players are interested to have.

Zygarde will arrive as a mystery gift and will only be downloadable until May 8. The dragon and ground-type Pokémon will be ready as a level 100 monster.

The creature actually has five forms in all, although only its 50% version can be acquired by Nintendo 3DS players. The 50% form features Zygarde with a serpent-like body with green and black patterns, and eyes consisting of four green hexagons.

The dark-type Pokémon Darkrai will also be available at retailers. Players who have “Pokémon X,” “Pokémon Y,” “Pokémon Omega Ruby” and “Pokemon Alpha Sapphire” will have a chance to get all four Pokemon for free.
