"The Walking Dead" Season 7 spoilers are noting on the possibility that Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) will be the one to die from Negan's bat beating in the Season 6 finale. According to Design & Trend, there were a lot of signs that point to Daryl's death during the finale of the AMC drama.

The publication notes that Daryl's death was already teased in "TWD" Season 6. Just moments before the show came to a close, Dwight shot Daryl and did not exactly reveal whether Daryl survived or not.

Aside from this, Norman Reedus also appears to have a lot of projects to work on, including a new AMC series titled "Ride with Norman Reedus." This can also be taken as a major hint that Daryl will meet his maker in "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

Reedus has also previously shared that he knows which character suffered died during the Season 6 finale. However, an earlier interview with executive producer Greg Nicotero with The Hollywood Reporter reveals that the death scene from "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale has not been filmed yet.

The showrunner said that he has no idea if the victim of Negan's bat beating knows whether his character will meet his maker or not in "TWD" Season 7. Nicotero, however, admitted that this cliffhanger has made the entire cast "more energized and more excited about the future of the show."
