A Different Kind Of Parenting Experience: Father Has A Ride Of His Life With His Son, Apologizes On Facebook For Adding Story

Ben Patterson's ride with his child turned out to be a disaster when his kid ended up puking in the car, which he cannot take. Not only that, the dad faced more epic fails when he threw up himself and took a police test to prove that he's not drunk.

Ben Patterson continuously informed her wife, Stephanie, via text but, unfortunately, he didn't get a reply. However, he went on with his rant and kept on telling her everything that was happening to his kid, his car and his disastrous day.

According to Scary Mommy, Ben Patterson swapped cars with his wife, Stephanie, to go out with his friends and bring the kids home later. Afterward, when he was on his way with his son, Declan, the kid erupt a major vomit.

"So this just happened. I just pulled over and am trying not to throw up myself," Ben Patterson texted his wife. "I just threw up trying to clean him up. It smells SO BAD."

However, Ben Patterson's unlucky day didn't end here. He, himself, puked in a lady's grass in Burlingame and accused him of being drunk while driving his kid, Huffington Post reported.

Ben Patterson explained himself and said that he only vomit because he can't take the smell of his child's gag, which he also told to his nonresponsive wife. Later, another catastrophe happened when the cops pulled over and approached him.

The police asked Ben Patterson to take a breathalyzer test to see if he's indeed drunk and driving. He was starting to be upset as his wife is still not responding to his texts, but in the middle of it all, he still managed to ask what Declan ate to puke with an awful smell.

However, Ben Patterson cleared on his Facebook page that the story about the cop was something he only made up to get his wife's attention. "I just wanted to clarify that while the rest of the story is true, the part about the police coming and the breathalyzer was just something I added for dramatic effect for my wife in the moment," he said.
