Usher's Stalker Now Behind Bars For Violating Restraining Order

The person believed to be the stalker of Usher has been arrested in Atlanta after she did not follow an earlier restraining order which bars her from coming near the singer. She was tracked after she posted photos and even a selfie near the studio where Usher was rehearsing.

Daily Mail said Darshelle Jones violated the order telling her to remain more than 200 yards away from Usher. She filled her Instagram with posts locating her near the studio where the singer is rehearsing. Jones would also tag Usher on her social media posts.

Jones even took a selfie of the Atlanta studio with her just meters away from it. She was reportedly arrested last May 5 while holding an iPad and trying to record a video across the street from the studio.

100 feet away

According to Fox Carolina, the police estimated that he was about 100 feet away from the singer and that it was clearly a breach of the 2012 restraining order against her. She was charged with aggravated stalking and is now detained at the Fulton County Jail.

Four years ago, Usher asked for a TRO against Jones when she showed up at her house and claimed she was his wife, Celebuzz said. She was also found another time sitting on the couch inside Usher's home while holding her iPad.

Asked to undergo psychiatric exam

It was added in the Daily Mail report that she was put behind bars for trespassing and then ordered to undergo a psychiatric exam. Jones reportedly told doctors that she was the wife of the singer and that she just happened to be outside of their house because she forgot where she placed the keys.

When the TRO expired, Jones began harassing Usher again. She would leave messages for the singer's legal counsel, asking him to give her money. Jones also uses Usher's last name "Raymond" even in her plane tickets going to Atlanta.
