"The 100" Season 4 spoilers are hinting on the possibility of a new love interest for Clarke (Eliza Taylor) following the surprising death of Lexa (Alycia Jasmin Debnam-Carey) in Season 3. According to Hypable, many fans are hoping to see Clarke explore her relationship with Raven Reyes.
Clarke and Raven's romance in "The 100" Season 4 may help ease the backlash that the show received from fans, viewers and the LGBT community for killing off its lesbian character. The publication notes that Clarke and Raven's relationship has remained special ever since the latter arrived on the ground.
Clarke and Raven also seemed to work things out between them when they realized that they were fighting over a boy in "The 100." It also would not be so surprising if fans would see them together after they worked on taking down ALIE during the Season 3 finale.
The hashtag "#GiveRavenReyesAGirlfriend" became a trend on Twitter following the emergence of similar hashtags to increase LGBT representation in movies and TV shows. Carter Matt notes, however, that it might be a bit better to let Clarke be without any romantic relationship in "The 100" Season 4.
According to the publication, it may be best for Clarke to focus more on becoming the leader rather than finding a new love interest, especially after she experienced two heartbreaks on the show. Clarke may need some time to heal from Lexa's sudden death before she moves on to a new one.
Should "The 100" Season 4 feature a romantic relationship between Clarke and Raven? Or should Clarke be alone for the meantime? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
