Effective Weight Loss Findings: Early Morning Is The Best Time of The Day to Work Out

Understood, you must have been trying to squeeze in exercise in your tight schedule to keep you in shape. In one recent research ,it is suggested that working out early, first thing in the morning boosts energy levels, weight loss and even prevents our body from gaining more weight.

Proving this groundbreaking study The Journal of Physiology, had 28 young healthy men undergo the test for six weeks. The test subkects were divided in into categories of those who exercised and did not.

With the same amount of breakfast, volunteers who exercised before breakfast lost weight or hadn't gained any at all. They had even been able to have extra food in their diet. Their counterparts though gained about 3 pounds or had a hard time to avoid packing on.

To top it all off, a smaller study was held to point out why timing in working out is important to achieve weight-loss. This time, two groups of men ran until they burned 400 calories after breakfast. While another group ran long period of time before breakfast. One group ate a 400-calorie oatmeal breakfast about an hour before the workout, Yahoo! Beauty reported.

All of them burned calories but there was a heightened fat-burning result for the runners who ate their oatmeal breakfast after a long period of not eating, about an hour at least. The test supports the conclusion that working out in a fasted state contributes better in achieving fat-burning results.

The results of the study should be convincing enough to set your clocks for your new a morning regimen and kick start your day with your favorite workout and sunlight to help your body to manage your weight better.
