Things That Anti-Abortion Protestors Couldn’t Bear To Hear

Sex, safe-sex, sex education and condoms. These are things that anti-abortionist hate hearing the most. They like to yell about how barbaric the women who walks into the health clinic of New York town, yet they couldn't bear to her of people talking about educating themselves on sex or safe-sex.

A posted blog form the Huffington Post tells a first person tale of a volunteer to the New York City women's health clinic. She told her story that happened one of those Monday morning after a Memorial Holiday where she was on a 4 hour shift.

As much as possible, Jenaveive Hatch would try to avid conversations with the protesters. They seemed to be yelling to the people who come to volunteer and patients to go inside the building. Hatch just thought to herself that she is not for the protesters but that she is there for the patients.

The funny thing she says is that according to her observation, the protesters are clamoring wrong information regarding the issue. They protest on what they think is the logical and intellectual argument regarding the abortion issue.

When she then and the other volunteers went to talk about using condoms, one of the male protester who overheard them went to tell other protestors that the people inside the center now are talking about garbage and filth. One of the volunteers went to try engaging with them in a polite argument and asked one particular protesters:

"Shouldn't you support conversations about safe sex if you're anti-abortion?" to which she was just given the answer, "I do not feel comfortable talking to you about this, If you want to talk about this, talk to one of the women."

It is ironic to note that talking about safe sex can keep the protesters quiet. After all the protesters have left. Women became free to visit the clinic once again without any disruption.

The Big Story has reported that abortion cases have already declined by 12 percent since 2010 and amazingly it was in places where abortion is made legal.
