Disproven: Studies Slammed the Idea That Vaccines Causes Autism

This has been a forever argument and yet once again, another study was able to disprove it. Vaccine does not cause autism is the clear voice that resonates.

Romper.com reported that Safeminds was the name of the anti-vaccination group that funded a 6 year study that will prove that vaccine causes autism. After all the results were gathered, analyzed and sorted, it was found out that there is no link in between vaccine and autism whatsoever.

During those years of study. The group took 79 monkeys and placed them into 6 different groups. Two groups of monkeys were given the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine. This MMR vaccine was said to have been that culprit of autism according to the anti-vaccination groups. The other two groups were vaccinated with the anti-fungal therimosal. The other two groups became the control group. Here is what the authors of the study has found:

"No behavioral changes were observed in the vaccinated animals, nor were there neuropathological changes in the cerebellum, hippocampus, or amygdala. This study does not support the hypothesis that thimerosal-containing vaccines and/or MMR vaccine play a role in the etiology of autism."

Another evidence by the Jama Journal reported that a study of 100,000 children who were given the MMR vaccine. It was found out that even children with siblings who had autism disorder were not at all affected by autism after having been vaccinated with MMR. It also was not able to increase the risk of these children to autism considering their siblings have it.

The researchers wrote in their statement: "These findings indicate no harmful association between MMR vaccine receipt and ASD even among children already at higher risk for ASD."

As for other studies, the New England Journal of Medicine compared 500,000 children who have been vaccinated and the 100,000 who weren't and still the results are the same. It just goes to show that vaccines does not cause autism and that parents have the responsibility for their children's well-being.

Meanwhile here is a smart kid, who is trolling on the anti-vaccine people.  He is encouraging everyone to vaccinate.
